The Customer will evaluate our overall performance. We guarantee our customer’s satisfaction in dealing with our Sales, Installation, Service, Maintenance, Monitoring and Office Staff. If we fall short of the customer’s expectations, the customer has the right and we will respect their right to ask for a full refund within 30 days of installation completion.
